-Freeze dried zucchini is a brand new THRIVE product. When re-hydrated, it has the texture of fresh zucchini. I love this product!

-I use the freeze dried chicken and celery on a daily basis. I love that these products are chopped and ready to use. No more wasted celery at this house!

-Quinoa is as easy to prepare as rice, but with a lot more nutritional value. Great in salad or as a rice replacement.
-9 Grain Cracked Cereal is one of my favorite products. We eat this as a hot cereal, but I also put it through my wheat grinder and replace part of the white flour in my baking. I am able to pack 9 grains into my regular recipes. Check out my recipe for 9 Grain Buttermilk Muffins. Delicious!

-Butter Powder is another versatile product. Use it in baking (if you find it dries out your baked goods, simply add 1 tablespoon veggie oil per cup butter), or to make raspberry or honey butter (thank you Heather at Cooking with my Food Storage).

A quick thought: For stocking stuffers that aren't so heavy on the sugar, help Santa out and nab some pouches of your kid's favorite freeze dried fruit!
